Camille holds a Master’s degree in Digital Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property from the University of Paris Nanterre, as well as a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the same university. She joined Dreyfus & Associés for her final internship and subsequently became part of the IP/IT legal team.
At Dreyfus & Associés, Camille works as a specialized IP/IT lawyer, handling a wide range of intellectual property issues for companies and individuals. This includes areas such as trademarks, designs, domain names, patents, and copyrights. In this role, she supports the firm’s clients throughout their industrial, artistic, or technical projects, contributing to the protection, defense, and enhancement of their intangible assets.
Camille provides clients with in-depth expertise in managing intellectual assets, covering all stages of their lifecycle. From the project phase, she offers rigorous assistance, including prior art searches, filings, renewals, and various necessary administrative procedures. She also supports the development and expansion of assets through the management of industrial property rights portfolios, drafting assignment and license agreements, conducting audits, and establishing strategic partnerships. Finally, Camille plays a crucial role in defending her clients’ interests by providing specialized advice and negotiations, drafting coexistence agreements, and drafting letters of engagement, all on an international scale.
