Holding a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law (specializing in design) from the University Lyon II Lumière and a Master 2 in International Business and Competition Law from the Catholic University of Lille, Lucie joined Dreyfus & Associés in 2023 after gaining experience in Industrial Property and Law firms.
At Dreyfus & Associés, Lucie works as an IP/IT lawyer, covering all aspects of intellectual property law for businesses and individuals, including trademarks, designs, domain names, patents, and copyrights. She assists clients with their industrial, artistic, and technical projects by protecting, defending, and valuing their intangible assets.
Lucie offers her expertise throughout the lifecycle of your assets, from project initiation (prior art searches, filings, renewals, administrative procedures), through development and expansion (management of industrial property portfolios, assignment and license agreements, audits, and partnerships), to defense (advice and negotiations, coexistence agreements, cease and desist letters), all on an international scale.
